let's get started
easy steps to getting started!
Sometimes getting started isn't easy. There are so many things you want to get involved with that you never know where to even begin! Have no fear! The following is a quick list of steps to get you started on Forever Dawn. Make sure you've read the rules, filled out your application, and gotten accepted before you move on to any of these steps on the following list. We hope these these tips are helpful and useful. Just get ready, get set, have fun!
1. The Face Claim this is your first step! the first thing you want to do upon joining Forever Dawn is making a claim on the face (actor, actress, model ) for your character. For some this is also known as your play by. Be sure to stake your claim of the celebrity portrayal for your character before someone else beats you to it! First come first serve! The face claim list can be found HERE.
2. Get Informed after making your face claim check out the site's updates and news to see what's been going on at Forever Dawn so that you can easily get into the swing of things.
3. The Sign-ups! The next thing on your to-do list is the sign-ups board! There is always a plethora of activities and things to sign-up for on Forever and this is a great way to jump on the band wagon!
4. The Relationships! Get ready to mingle! CR's, Plot Pages, or Relationship threads (whatever you refer to them as) are a lot of fun to make and reply to! These are essential toward developing your characters and their relationships with others. So be quick! Make your own relationship threads and reply to others. If you are looking for nice pre-made (and themed) plot pages you can easily find some on the amazing CAUTION 2.0, which we highly recommend.
5. The Communication. cellular phones, messengers (aim, yim, or msn), and other forms of communication is essential for all the characters to keep in touch. So keep your character connected and make your own communication thread whether it be a phone, a messenger, or both! Once again pre-made templates can be found on CAUTION 2.0.
well that about wraps it up folks! So get going and have some fun!
